Monthly payments are charged on the 12th of each month.
Yes, there is a $50 enrollment fee which is due at the time of sign-up along with the first month payment.
All annual fees are charged on May 12th of each year along with your monthly payment.
The contract is valid for 12 months (1 year).
The contract automatically renews after 12 months. If you would not like your contract to renew, please provide a 30-day notice via email.
The Family Membership is $59.97 for EACH PERSON, but only the primary person pays the sign up fee and the annual fee. In addition, up to 3 people can be added per family membership.
Yes, memberships can be frozen for one month.
SPECIAL EXCEPTIONS:
Student memberships and military leave qualify for up to 3 months freeze with proof of schedule.
